Responsibilities:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Warehouse Systems Implementation Manager to lead the deployment of a cutting-edge Infor Warehouse Management System (WMS) across three warehouse facilities within the Department of General Services, Warehouse and Distribution Division. This critical role involves system integration, modernization of warehouse operations, and driving improved efficiency in inventory, distribution, and billing workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end implementation of the Infor WMS, ensuring seamless integration
- Lead cross-functional technical teams through system deployment and integration.
- Oversee and troubleshoot complex systems to ensure operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to modernize warehouse operations and optimize workflows.
- Ensure compliance with best practices in warehousing, inventory management, and distribution.
- Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
Qualifications:
- 6+ years of experience managing software implementation projects, ideally within the warehouse or supply chain space.
- Proven leadership experience managing cross-functional technical teams.
- Strong understanding of warehousing, inventory management, and distribution processes.
- Technical expertise in systems management and troubleshooting.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate complex technical challenges.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain stakeholder relationships.
